Poke is an authentically Hawaiian dish typically consisting of uncooked fish like ahi tuna or salmon. Shave Ice has been a staple in Hawaii for decades. Ohana Hawaiian Snow's syrups are made with 100% pure cane sugar and flavors imported from Hawaii. Our ice is made with the purest water and shaved into ultra fine, fluffy ribbons of snow. Add a scoop of ice cream, gummy sharks, candy, snow cap, popping boba, or coconut flakes to make this the perfect island treat.
Our online ordering system opens up additional revenue streams as guests can choose pickup or delivery through partners such as DoorDash and others.

HOW IT WORKS
Ohana Hawaiian Snow makes franchising easy! The following steps outline the franchise process and how YOU can become part of the Ohana today! (Only for U.S. and Canada)
REQUIREMENTS:
This isn't a side hustle. We're looking for owners who are prepared to put the Hawaiian shirt on. If you aren't ready to be in your area, in your store(s), and investing in your team for an extended amount of time - this might not be for you.
STEP 1
Introduction to Ohana Hawaiian Snow
An overview of the Ohana Hawaiian Snow Franchise Opportunity including expectations, available locations, costs & items, and reception of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). You can then review the FDD and take the steps to prepare for the interview in Phase 2. This is also when you will select your territory.
STEP 2
Interview
This interview is an opportunity for us to get to know you better and make sure we are both a great fit for each other, in addition to better understanding your operation plan.
STEP 3
Proposing a Location
You’ll submit a single location or multiple locations within your selected territory for approval.
STEP 4
Completing the Purchase
After we approve your location(s), you’ll then sign the Franchise Agreement and pay the franchise fee and other initial fees.
STEP 5
Onboarding
All necessary training and orientation then takes place to prepare you for opening your Ohana Hawaiian Snow business. You will receive all of the support you need to ensure that when you open, you are fully prepared to exceed guests expectations and operate your store the Ohana way.
STEP 6
Site Setup
Your Ohana Hawaiian Snow kiosk is delivered to your site ready for business. You are responsible for the site setup and buildout of your Ohana Hawaiian Snow kiosk including all necessary permits, outdoor seating, theming elements, etc.

Grand Opening
Your Ohana Hawaiian Snow kiosk is delivered to your site ready for business. You are responsible for the site setup and buildout of your Ohana Hawaiian Snow kiosk including all necessary permits, outdoor seating, theming elements, etc.
